We use IP geolocation technology to verify user eligibility. You are prohibited from using the Services if you:

  • Access from devices in Mainland China or Hong Kong

“Personal Information” refers to data that can identify you. These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, form a legal agreement between you and NextRealm Studios (“Platform” or “we”).

1. Fair Use and Anti-Cheating

We are committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment and prohibit the use of cheats, scripts, or emulators. Abnormal behavior may lead to account verification, restrictions, or point forfeiture. Users may appeal by submitting evidence to [email protected].

2. Rewards Program

Points are earned through games, ad viewing, tasks, or activities, with rewards varying based on user behavior, region, and preferences. Details are available in the Rewards Center.

  • Redemption Cap: Maximum redemption value of $1,825 per year.
  • Validity Period: Accounts inactive for 180 days may have points reset and may be deactivated.

3. Eligibility

These Terms take effect upon using the Services or creating an account and remain in effect until terminated.

4. Service Availability

4.1

Services offer points-based rewards through games and ads. New features are automatically subject to these Terms.

4.2

Some services may be unavailable due to technical or legal restrictions. Using VPNs to conceal location is prohibited.

4.3

Users in sanctioned regions may be restricted and bear legal consequences.

4.4

Interruptions due to force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, policy changes) do not constitute a breach. Earned rewards remain redeemable.

5. License to Use

5.1

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Services, with intellectual property rights owned by the Platform.

5.2

Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or removal of copyright notices is prohibited.

5.3

Third-party content (e.g., partner games) is managed by their providers, and users must comply with their terms.

5.4

Third-party service liabilities are borne by their providers, with no joint liability for the Platform.

User suggestions belong to the Platform and may be used without compensation.

6. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized use of Platform content or optimization results is prohibited.

7. User Conduct

Prohibited actions include:

  • Using VPNs to conceal location
  • Using cheating tools
  • Registering with temporary emails
  • Accessing via unofficial channels
  • Impersonation or infringing activities
  • Interfering with other users

Violators may face account restrictions or point forfeiture and can appeal via email.

12. Account Management

Users may stop using the Services at any time. Accounts inactive for 18 months may be deactivated.

Accounts may be terminated for violations or legal requirements, resulting in loss of access and rewards.

Terms may be updated at any time, with significant changes notified in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

Invalidity of any term does not affect the overall validity.

Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver.
